can chocobos have invetory slots?

like, if you limit it to 2 chocobos tamable at any time, and then make the parents go away if you breed a new one.

it really sucks only having 12 slots and 5 of the 6 on the actual hero are occupied 100% of the time.

but you can just teleport all items near the fairy to your house, which also has 6 inventory slots, and you can still teleport to it even if it is full

but if i do that then i cant carry quest items and cycle out items like materia and potions.

items teleported cant be used in the field.

Hmm this is actually a pretty interesting idea I hadn't thought of. Of course they would not be saveable since chocobos are not saveable themselves, but I don't think there'd be harm in chocobos having the ability to be couriers essentially. I'll look into it.

The problem I see with this is that people will expect that those items are saved somehow, which would and up with a lot of people losing their equipment.

unless it was stated somewhere unmissable that the items wouldnt save.
