Fire's Stock New Potion Empty Fire's Stock New Potion

I know that if you give Fire an Elixir, after some time you'll be able to buy Elixirs from him.

I was wondering if this is true for potions that he doesn't have such as Greater Nectar or Hero Drink? At the moment, selling Greater Nectar or Hero Drink prompts him to say "Wow! A potion I don't have! Bring me more!" or something like that.
