anyway you know the oblesk north west at kalm? where it is surrounded with runes?
when my air, water, seal. and earth materias ar at max level I puted it there and what came out is an artifact treasure called Aire Tom Enib Moc

It's part of a quest, IMO, the hardest one, if only because making that takes so long.

just use the materia to level it up

It's not a reward. Shinra has two quests: 'Dimmension Connections', and 'Shinra's Plan'.

Aire Tam Enib Moc is just the last item for Shinra's Plan.

if i were all of you make sure you do the 2nd part shinras's quest by yourself cause someone might buy the that someone worked hard for making Aire Tam Enib Moc certainly of the initials is awmaster Mad
